Ayam Asam Manis
Ternyata libur masak cuma berlaku sehari, nggak kuat juga kalau sehari gak megang wajan.. Hahaha.
Hari ini cari yang simple dan cepat aja deh. Gak pake banyak macem bumbu2. Ayo mari kita masak bersama... :) Ayam Asam Manis Bahan: 1/2 ekor ayam, potong2 cuci bersih. 1 bh jeruk lemon, ambil airnya 2 sdt garam Saus: Bawang putih Bawang bombay (kalau gak ada boleh pake bawang merah) Saus tomat Garam Merica Gula pasir Air kaldu Margarin Tepung Maizena. Caranya: 1. Ayam dikucuri air jeruk dan garam, remas2, diamkan 15-20 menit. 2. Goreng hingga kecoklatan. 3. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay dengan margarin. 4. Setelah wangi, masukkan saus tomat, air kaldu, garam, gula dan merica. Aduk sampai mendidih. 5. Masukkan ayam. Aduk rata. Biarkan sampai mendidih kembali. 6. Masukkan maizena yang sudah diaduk dengan sedikit air. 7. Aduk2 sampai kuah mengental. 8. Hidangkan hangat dengan nasi panas2. posted by on
